2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Electrical Automation Held at Chongqing City University of Science and Technology
Membrane computing, as a frontier direction in the field of biocomputing, holds tremendous potential in complex problem solving, intelligent optimization, and machine learning. The deep integration of artificial intelligence, big data, and electrical automation has become a core driving force for industrial upgrading and technological progress. To promote the deep cross-disciplinary integration of membrane computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and electrical automation, to build a high-level international academic exchange platform, and to support the development of the national digital economy and the implementation of Chongqing's "33618" intelligent manufacturing development strategy, the 6th China Membrane Computing Forum & 2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Electrical Automation (CWMC&AIBDEA 2026) was held from May 12 to 14 at the Banan Campus of Chongqing City University of Science and Technology.

This conference was jointly hosted by Chongqing City University of Science and Technology and the International Membrane Computing Society, and organized by the university's New-Era Digital Intelligent Information Technology Industry College, the School of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, the School of Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Manufacturing, the Scientific Research Office, and the Academic Affairs Office, with Chongqing University and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications as co-organizers. Nearly 500 experts, scholars, faculty members, and student representatives from domestic and international universities, research institutes, and industry enterprises gathered in Bayu to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on frontier technologies and their applications in membrane computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and electrical automation through keynote speeches, specialized presentations, panel discussions, and other formats. The conference was presided over by Xie Xianzhong, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.
Lei Jinhui, Vice President of Chongqing City University of Science and Technology, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the university, extending a warm welcome to the domestic and international experts and scholars attending the conference and expressing sincere gratitude to individuals from all sectors who have long supported the university's development.
